Governance and Leadership

The 20×30 Learning and Action Network is built on the principle of distributed leadership.  Network leadership, unlike conventional leadership approaches, is collective, distributed, inclusive, grassroots, facilitative, and emergent.  The role of the Governance and Leadership Team is to help 20×30 change makers identify their interests and challenges, connecting change makers strategically where there’s potential for mutual benefit, and serving as a catalyst for self-organizing groups.

In short, we will only be successful when everyone is a part of building, iterating, and leading change.  Do you have an idea for a group you would like to lead? Email us at collegehealthqi@nyu.edu
